The North Star Retreat is about creating space – real, physical and mental space – for women to step back, see the bigger picture, and gently realign with your true North.
So many women carry constant responsibility – for work, for family, for decisions – often without pause. This retreat is a chance to slow down on purpose, and reconnect with what feels true and aligned beneath the noise.
We’ll be staying in a beautiful, comfortable house in the Wye Valley, 20 minutes from the Severn Bridge. The house is spacious, and designed for ease, somewhere you can properly exhale. Surrounded by countryside, it offers the perfect balance of comfort and quiet, with easy access to outdoor space for walking, thinking, and breathing.
Over three days you’ll experience a balance of structure and freedom, indoors and outdoors:
Gently guided sessions to help you refocus and realign
Plenty of unstructured time to rest, think, walk, or simply be
Reflective indoor spaces for conversation and journalling
Outdoor time in the surrounding landscape to ground and reset
We promise you that you’ll never be rushed, and never be put on the spot; everything is an invitation, not an instruction.
Practical notes
Small, carefully curated group of just 6 women (plus 2 co-hosts)

Begin the conversation
This retreat isn’t for everyone, but that’s intentional.
If you want space, clarity, and alignment rather than hustle and action plans, this may be the right pause at the right time. The next step is simply to express interest and begin the conversation.
